Once your order is confirmed, we custom make it and therefore we have a 'no return' policy on our items unless the product is faulty on delivery. If for some reason you receive a faulty item, please email us at hello@pinpals.co.nz and we will provide you with an exchange, credit or refund once we have received the returned item. You must notify us of your intentions to return the item and we should receive it within seven days. The cost of shipping the returned item is the responsibility of the buyer.
